Pastor's Message
Greetings and peace to all who are connecting to our website.
I would like to introduce myself to you. I am Fred Kopp, Pastor and member of the active, caring group of people at Augustana Lutheran Church.

Our worship is traditional and welcoming, and includes a children’s sermon. We celebrate communion each week and enjoy uplifting music.
My goal is that through the worship experience, everyone will be refreshed and strengthened; ready to face their world and the challenges they face, and inspired to do God’s work.

Our Evangelistic Minister, Lance Scarafia, assists me in ministering to the people of Augustana. He calls and visits those in need of support and prayer, and prays with individuals in confidence after the church service.
Our Organist and Choir Director is Edward Kramer. Ed is talented on the piano and pipe organ, has extensive knowledge of many styles of music, and is dedicated to using his creativity to enhance the worship experience. Ed directs the choir and he also collaborates with those who have musical gifts to share.

God is good and has blessed us with Jesus our Savior to act as a guide in this confusing and high pressure world. Jesus said to his disciples and to us, “I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Jesus is present and through the Holy Spirit we are brought to new insights and into a promising future.
